P.P. Creasing Machine

Salient Features

• This machine is designed for creasing the folding line on P.P. stationery items like files, folders etc.
   

• The toggle press is fitted with pneumatic cylinder to generate high pressure so that hydraulic power pack is eliminated.
   

• The bottom plate and top die plate temperature are adjustable to suit various thickness and type of materials.
   

• The temperature controlled die coupled with high pressure forms the folding line on P.P. sheets. Timer and material placement gauges are provided for consistency in production
   

• PID temperature controller system, Cartridge heaters are easily changeable.
   

• Heavyduty Hydraulic Models and Light duty machines available. All electronic components are R.F interference free.
