This Hydraulic Auto Indexer is fitted with

• The machine is fitted with a Hydraulic driven unwinding stand. Auto indexing which reduces material wastage.

• Auto scrap winding facility to save labour.

• Standard Gap Setting to increase production.

• Built-in Arc Suppressor and Overload Circuitry.

• Built-in heater to heat up the die holding plate and the die itself before welding.

Above mentioned features along with facilitate mass production.
It robust design makes it suitable for continuous welding of PVC sheets, by even unskilled labour. Main applications include inside pages of Photo Albums, Book Covers, Quilting Diary Covers, Spectacle Cases, Plastic Bags etc. This model is also available without the scrap separating facility.
